Key Responsibilities

• Gather and assess business and functional requirements for power asset portfolio management and trading systems
• Author functional specifications, technical requirements, and end-user support documentation
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business test cases to validate feature development
• Provide first-line support, onboard internal users, and troubleshoot tool interactions
• Perform manual regression tests and develop automation scripts using Python or other languages
• Coordinate application release management and collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams
